Overview

This is a full-time, hybrid career opportunity based out of our location in East Petersburg, PA.

 

Responsible for supporting enterprise application services, specifically the ARGO Teller Payments system and its supporting applications, working with the business and information technology partners. Responsible for understanding full end-to-end transaction processing and delivering solutions that support strategic objectives. Troubleshoots and solves issues, evaluates value of user change requests and assists in monitoring, measuring, and enhancing the service. Works with the foundational, end user service teams and external service providers to understand the underlying technologies and applications.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze, design, develop, test, implement and support enterprise application services. . Design and install program changes as needed while staying within stated regulatory and audit policies. This includes making changes to existing source code. Review problems and proactively escalate issues for resolution while understanding the major impacts to technical and business-related areas. Investigate and document root cause analysis of issues. Prepare technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends. Provide recommendations and solutions that can be quickly implemented to correct the problem.
  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions leveraging existing systems and automation whenever possible. Work closely with IT and business partners in managing day to day issues and identifying process improvement opportunities. Work multiple projects concurrently and shift priorities as required to meet business requirements and deadlines.
  • Receive assignments from manager in the form of projects with general objectives defined. Keep manager advised of progress on all projects on a timely basis. Participate on tactical and strategic technology and or business committees. Perform duties generally expected of administrative staff employees. Develop and document business disaster recovery plans with a focus on assigned business systems. Work with the business units and other Information Technology staff to define and document system recovery requirements. Execute disaster recovery testing, should such an event occur, that requires equipment or software replacement.

 

Qualifications

Education

Bachelor Degree or the equivalent experience. Specialty: Business administration, computer science, information science, or a related field. (Preferred)

Required Experience

  • 3 or more years personal computing business systems administration. 
  • 3 or more years experience of experience with word processing, spreadsheet and database applications. 

Preferred Experience

  • 1 or more years experience with ARGO Teller system
  • 3 or more years of financial services experience

We set standard salary ranges for our roles based on the position, function, and responsibilities, as benchmarked against similarly sized companies in our industry. Specific compensation offered will be determined based on a combination of factors including the candidate’s knowledge, skills, depth of work experience, and relevant licenses/credentials. The salary range may vary based on geographic location.

 

The salary range for this position is $61,500.00 - $102,500.00 annually.

This job is eligible to participate in a short-term incentive compensation plan subject to individual and company performance.
