This role will require routine business travel East of Lancaster, primarily in Berks County, PA.
The primary responsibility of this position is to serve as a relationship manager, advisor, and consultant for complex core wealth and high net worth household relationships. This incumbent is the primary point of contact for these clients and is responsible for coordinating a team of product and service experts to assist with recommending and delivering financial solutions in order to attract, retain and grow these important relationships. The incumbent will be responsible for acquiring new high net worth households,expanding and retaining existing relationships and is expected to develop external networks and relationships critical to the high net worth business. This is a strong sales and goal-oriented position that requires the incumbent to function independently with limited supervision.
Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent experience. Specialty: Business, Finance, Economics or other applicable. (Required)
5 or more years investment or brokerage sales experience required, preferably with the affluent or wealth market segments. (Required)
7 or more years banking or financial services with bank credit and mortgage credit products and processes. (Preferred)
Series 6, 66, or 7 life insurance licenses. (Preferred)
CFP, CFA or CPWA. (Preferred)

In addition to base pay, this position is eligible to participate in a commission plan.
