Overview

This is a full-time, hybrid career opportunity based out of our Administrative Services Center location in East Petersburg, PA

 

Completes all loan operation job functions for commercial floor plans and commercial vehicle and equipment leasing including managing the Advanced Lease Systems and DataScan systems. Works closely with internal sales staff as well as external customers and vendors.

Responsibilities

  • Post credits and debits to lease accounts and floor plan dealer lines. These transactions are payments received via branch capture and US postal mail, Automated Clearing House payments and Automated Clearing House payment request from Special Assets or customers, dealer access system payment requests, dealer Automated Clearing House drafts and dealer new loan requests.
  • Completes a thorough review of lease documents to ensure compliance with banking laws, regulations and policies. Determines applicable system coding based on a review of documentation. Data entry of putting new leases on the Advanced Leasing System. Organizes files for scanning and indexing. Also performs second day review of new items other than their own.
  • Provides loan floor plan credit line or lease servicing and performs the following tasks. End of Day processing and balancing, terminating leases, releasing titles, tracking insurance, responding to internal and external phone calls and emails, processing account maintenance and modifications, generating lease statements, researching and resolving EZ Pass violations, forwarding recall notices, registration cards and tax bills.
  • Performs basic trouble shooting and works closely with other departments when a problem arises. Works with the various vendors.

 

Qualifications

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent. Specialty: Does not apply at this level of education. (Required)

Specific compensation offered will be determined based on a combination of factors including the candidate’s knowledge, skills, depth of work experience, and relevant licenses/credentials. The salary range may vary based on geographic location.

 

The hourly rate for this position is $18.25 - $28.61.
