This is a full-time, remote career opportunity on our Commercial Credit team within the Fulton Bank footprint as follows: PA, NJ, MD, DE, VA, DC.
The Commercial Credit Analyst Team Manager is responsible for leading a team of credit analysts and helping to manage the credit risk for a portfolio of commercial clients. This role involves overseeing the credit evaluation process, ensuring the accuracy of financial assessments, and making recommendations for credit decisions. This role works closely with other areas of the bank including but not limited to Relationship Managers, Credit Officers, Portfolio Managers and line leadership to mitigate potential risks and optimize the performance of the bank's commercial loan portfolio.
Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent experience. Specialty: Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or other applicable. (Required)
8 or more years experience in commercial credit analysis, credit risk management, or a related field. (Required)
5 or more years experience with financial statement analysis, loan restructuring and financial forecasting. (Required)
Commercial banking real estate experience - (Preferred)
2 or more years leadership or management role. (Required)

The salary range may vary based on geographic location.
The salary range for this position is $111,100.00 - $185,100.00 annually.

This job is eligible to receive equity in the form of restricted stock units. This job is eligible to participate in a short-term incentive compensation plan subject to individual and company performance.
