This is a full-time career opportunity that can be fully remote or hybrid within the Fulton footprint (DE, MD, PA, NJ, VA). Requires travel to corporate headquarters in Lancaster, PA (approximately 10-12 times a year).
This role is responsible for establishing and leading an uplifted enterprise architecture capability that strengthens alignment between business strategy, regulatory obligations, and technology execution across the bank.
This Chief Enterprise Architect serves as the primary architectural authority for the enterprise, ensuring technology strategies and investments are coherent, resilient, and positioned to support long term growth. The role provides the architectural foundation needed to modernize platforms, reduce complexity and risk, and enable consistent, disciplined technology decision making across the organization.
Enterprise architecture under this role is positioned as a strategic enabler—supporting speed, innovation, and compliance while maintaining strong governance and architectural integrity.
Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent experience. Specialty: technical related fields. (Required)
Master's Degree or the equivalent experience. Specialty: technical related fields. (Required)
12 or more years technology architecture with leadership at the enterprise level. (Required)
10 or more years supervisory. (Preferred)
10 or more years experience within banking or other highly regulated financial services environments. (Preferred)
