This is an onsite, career opportunity that will sit in a Fulton Bank work location TBD in the Northern NJ market.
Contribute to the profitability and growth of Fulton Financial Corporation by leading a team of Relationship Managers and working with Fulton Partners to develop and coordinate all sales for an assigned team/segment. Accountable for balance sheet retention within the business unit as well as new Commercial loan, deposit and fee income generation. Champions the Fulton Partner Referral Program by facilitating the ongoing communication between Relationship Managers and Partners. Oversees credit quality of the Commercial Loan portfolio within the business unit. Promotes and coaches Commercial Relationship Managers to provide a superior customer experience while maintaining sound lending practices. Operates with substantial latitude for non reviewed action or decision making. Possesses and applies comprehensive knowledge of commercial/business banking and assists with the completion of complex assignments/tasks.
Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent experience. Specialty: business, finance, accounting or related. (Required)
12 or more years commercial banking experience. (Required)
5 or more years managerial experience or other demonstrated leadership experience to include the ability to influence others to drive sales results. (Required)
