Overview

This is an onsite career opportunity based out of of Corporate headquarters in downtown Lancaster. Requires 2 days per week in office. 

 

Works with the FFA technology support area to ensure quality system utilization of FFA mission critical systems of record. Provides assistance to ensure system access controls and vendor service delivery standards are adhered to. Assists with custom development requests, related technology implementation project management, and technology vendor evaluation support when needed.

Responsibilities

  • Assists with the planning, organization, coordination and advising on special technology and system projects or phases of projects. Provides assistance for overall operational systems controls and procedures relating to FFA technology and systems. Provides back-up and support oversight and management support for technology and system vendor relationships.
  • Participates in the review and recommendations of new methods and systems to maintain an optimum level of operational efficiency. Assists in developing Request For Proposal documents and evaluating technology solutions for business units. Monitors the existing technology and system functionality for weakness through direct and staff observation. Recommends enhancements to the proper area for correction.
  • Participates in the due diligence process to acquire appropriate technology and systems and with FFC Information Technology employees to determine resources required to effectively implement and support these systems.
  • Assists in development of training programs for all new systems by advising FFA staff on the proper and effective use of various systems

 

Qualifications

Education

Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent experience. Specialty: business, finance, technology. (Required)

Experience

3 or more years supporting systems tied to banking and trust administration. (Required)

5 or more years working with financial systems. (Preferred)

Specific compensation offered will be determined based on a combination of factors including the candidate’s knowledge, skills, depth of work experience, and relevant licenses/credentials. The salary range may vary based on geographic location.

 

The hourly rate for this position is $24.81 - $41.35.
