This role supports the origination, execution, and portfolio management of syndicated loan transactions for corporate, commercial real estate and sponsor-backed clients. The analyst works closely with Relationship Managers, Syndications Originators, Credit, Portfolio Management, and Capital Markets teams to structure, underwrite, market, and close syndicated credit facilities. This role requires strong financial analysis, credit underwriting, market knowledge, and project management skills.
Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent experience. Specialty: finance, accounting, economics, business, or a related field. (Required)
3 or more years commercial banking, corporate banking, leveraged finance, credit analysis, portfolio management. (Required)
2 or more years loan syndications; underwriting and syndicating middle-market or large corporate credit transactions. (Preferred)
Series 7, 63 and 79. (Preferred)
This role may perform other job duties as assigned by the manager. In addition to base pay, this position is eligible to participate in a commission plan.
