This is a full-time career opportunity based out of our financial center in Jackson, NJ (Ocean County).   The primary responsibilities as the leader of a financial center/s are to lead all aspects of financial center performance and to drive sales growth and service excellence while fostering a culture of success. Incumbents will focus on talent development, individual and team sales performance with consumer and small business clients, community engagement, operational excellence, and strategic leadership to achieve and surpass the financial center's goals and overall success for Fulton.

Works with prospective customers to assist them in identifying and securing a mortgage loan that is appropriate for their individual financial circumstances and is designed to help them achieve their financial goals, including home ownership. Spends 80% or more of working time outside of Fulton office locations building relationships and soliciting first mortgages with realtors, builders, accountants and other external referral sources to obtain mortgage loan applications. Requires employee to cultivate self-generated prospects to generate origination of mortgage loans.
